These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Wren ("the Extension"). By purchasing or using Wren, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Extension.
Wren is licensed, not sold. Upon purchase, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Extension subject to these Terms. You do not acquire any ownership rights to the Extension or its underlying code.
Your license permits up to 3 activations, intended for individual use across your personal devices. An "activation" refers to installing and activating the Extension on a single browser profile.
Wren offers a free tier with core email assistant features and a paid Pro tier with additional capabilities, including web research and enhanced context gathering. The free tier may be used without a license. A valid license key is required to access Pro features.
All licenses permit both personal and commercial use. You may use Wren for professional email management and business purposes.
You agree not to:
All prices are listed at the point of sale on our Gumroad page and are subject to change at any time without prior notice. Price changes do not affect existing licenses — only future purchases.
All payments are processed securely by our third-party payment provider, Gumroad. We do not collect or store your payment information. Your purchase is subject to Gumroad's terms of service and privacy policy.
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all purchases:
Refund requests made after the 30-day period may be considered on a case-by-case basis but are not guaranteed.
If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider instead of contacting us for a refund:
If you have an issue with your purchase, please contact us first — we're happy to help resolve it.
Wren accesses your Outlook inbox via the Microsoft Graph API to read incoming emails, draft replies, and send or save them for your review. You authorise this access when you connect your Microsoft account. You may revoke access at any time through the extension's settings.
Wren uses third-party AI providers (OpenAI or Google Gemini) to generate draft email replies. You provide your own API key and are responsible for any costs associated with API usage. AI-generated content may contain errors, and you are solely responsible for reviewing and approving any replies before they are sent. Wren provides an auto-reply feature that may send routine replies automatically — you enable this at your own discretion.
AI-generated replies are provided as suggestions. We do not guarantee their accuracy, appropriateness, or suitability for any particular purpose. You are responsible for reviewing all drafts and any consequences of emails sent through Wren.
Wren is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that:
You acknowledge that use of the Extension is at your own risk. We are not responsible for any damages, data loss, miscommunication, or other harm that may result from using the Extension, including but not limited to:
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.
You may stop using Wren at any time. Uninstalling the Extension does not entitle you to a refund outside of the 30-day guarantee period.
We reserve the right to revoke your license, without refund, if you:
Upon termination of your license, you must immediately cease all use of Wren's Pro features and uninstall the Extension from all devices. Sections 4, 5, 7, and 8 of these Terms shall survive termination.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of Wren shall be resolved as follows:
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of Wren after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Extension.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding Wren and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not be considered a waiver of that right or provision.
